We aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day and same day for orders received before 3pm (GMT).
We use either Royal Mail or Parcel Force depending on the size & weight of your order or delivery option you choose.
Royal Mail 1st Class (Standard Delivery) orders will be delivered within 2-3 working days (Royal Mail state 80% will arrive the next working day)
Royal Mail Special Delivery (Express Delivery) orders will be delivered within 2 working days (Should arrive next working day before 13:00 hours)
Deliveries can however take up to 5 working days in some cases.
Parcel Force 24 (Express Delivery) orders will be delivered within 2 working days.
Parcel Force 48 (Standard Delivery) orders will be delivered within 3-4 working days.
Parcel Force 48 (Standard Delivery) Pallet orders will be delivered within 3-4 working days.
Deliveries can however take up to 5 working days in some cases.
International delivery times will vary due to delivery option chosen and destination. Some orders will be delayed until cleared by customs.
All international orders are shipped via Air not Land unless stated otherwise.
We will email your tracking reference when your order has been shipped.
Each order dispatched is insured, should any issue occur please contact our customer care team.
All recorded orders will need a signature as proof of delivery, please ensure that someone is available to sign for your parcel.
If your parcel is returned back to us undelivered. We will be more than happy to return but a there will be a redelivery postage charge.
If when you completed your purchase you chose a tracked delivery service then we will email you a tracking reference number that you may use on the appropriate website below.
